No! You are not committed to issuing a minimum number of points during your contract as a partner, and you only pay for the cost of the points once they have been issued (i.e. when you've rewarded the customer for the desired behaviour)

Customers have the options of engaging via a physical card, a dedicated Cashpoints app, or via our integrations with website / online partners. Cashpoints takes care of the printing of the physical cards as well as the development of the Cashpoints app and web integrations.
